You are looking at an Applause Cookie Monster "Cookies Make Me Happy" plush rattle toy/plush that is in EUC. It has the original "Applause" plastic tag on his hand. I know he's older, just not sure of the year.
He has some yellowing to the white plastic of his eyes. Other than that, he's great! His apron is adorable and the lettering clear etc.. Rattles nicely (so guessing this was/is a baby toy). This is mine from my Sesame Street collection. He's CLEAN and was in my closet (not even displayed).

This comes from my smell free and smoke free home.

HOW I ship: USPS First Class or Priority Mail with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Priority Mail includes INSURANCE and Delivery Confirmation.
Combined Shipping: I LOVE to combine shipping to save you money. I adjust it based on the weight of all of the items together, size of the box (new thing with USPS), and distance. Please contact me for a quote on combined shipping.
Speed of Shipping: I SHIP VERY FAST with Click N' Ship. You pay, I print, and my postal carrier picks the item up at my front door. You're not waiting for me to drive to the Post Office, wait in line etc....
IMPORTANT: Once the Post Office has your package, I have no control over what they do or how long it takes them to get it to your door. Tracking is uploaded and you can follow your item daily online on your eBay purchases page.
Allow enough time for your item to get to you (especially if it's gift, holiday or a birthday party item). FYI "guaranteed" arrival times by the post office on their website and on eBay are only "estimates" so again, plan accordingly. The ONLY guaranteed speed for USPS is EXPEDITED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY.
If you're LOCAL, I appreciate you wanting to save time and me money on shipping. However, most times I cannot meet someone to pick up an item so please accept the shipping terms as going through the Post Office. I do make exceptions on LOCAL if you're near me, or I know you, or the item is LARGE and/or FRAGILE.

Please know your sizing! I give dimensions when selling used clothing to avoid any confusion.

Returns: Items must be returned in the condition in which it was sent. Example: NWT clothing must have the tags on it , cannot be worn or tampered with.
