Please note: If you are provided with a tracking number and Australia Post show that the item is delivered, we accept that as proof of delivery of your purchase.

If we have that proof of delivery, and you claim that the parcel has not been delivered, we reserve the right to provide that proof to Paypal and eBay.

If I lodge a claim of a "missing" parcel to Australia Post this is not acceptance that a parcel has not been delivered, just us taking you at your word and trying to be helpful.

Please understand that we are not a big multinational company just an honest small business trying to do the best for our kids.

We have to accept Australia Post at their word that a tracked parcel has been delivered, and will not refund in that instance.
