  • All phones for diagnostic or repair incur a service charge. 

  • Waiver of the invoice is possible if you permit us to recycle the device. 

Service Charge: 

  • £15 – Smart Phone, Smart Watch, Tablet/iPad, MP3 Player/iPod 

  • £20 – Gaming Console/Controller, PCB Board, TV/Monitor, Not Listed Items 

  • £30 – Laptop/Desktop PC, Audio HiFi Equipment.

3. Turnaround Time 

  • Standard diagnostic process initiated within 3-5 working days. 

  • Completion times vary based on specific faults, parts availability, and workload. 

  • No guaranteed turnaround time due to variable factors. 

4. Return Postage 

  • Return postage applies to each phone sent for repair or diagnostics. 

  • Return shipping cost: £7.90 

  • Heavy Weight Surcharge: £7.00 for parcels exceeding 5kg or dimensions of 61cm x 46cm x 46cm. 

5. Additional Information 

5.1 Shipping.

  • All items shipped based on a shipment contract. 

  • Use insured and traceable shipping methods. 

  • Claims for damage or part loss must be made within seven calendar days of receiving. 

  • Claims for returned items not entertained after 80 days from the date of posting. 

  • Claims require pictures of the damaged parcel and item. 

  • Claims cannot be made for cancelled repair requests and unrepaired returns.
