Now, I know very little about Telescopes--- so Bear that in mind. So if you ask me anything technical, I probably won't be able to answer.   And.... having only had a basic little Newtonian a long time ago, when I was a kid, my point of reference is limited.  But I understand the concept and think this is a good starter scope in the world of home Scopes.   It sort of fell in my lap a couple years ago, and I thought of getting into it again, but it's just gathering dust.   I'm not sure if it's all there, but what is, looks to be in nice shape.

This is a Refractor--- the book says 900mm focal length, 80mm aperture at f/11.  The tube is about 35 inches long and it takes 1 1/2 inch eyepieces.    It comes with a 42-Page Instruction Manual plus a couple other guides.   It is largely Untested so all I can tell you is what I see.   It has the keypad to control the positioning, but I don't know if it works, because there is apparently a battery pack that I don't have---- But it can be moved and positioned manually without it.     I also don't have a small tray that goes between the tripod legs.   It does come with two eyepieces, a Barlow tube and it's Spotting Scope.  The eyepieces are an 8mm Plossl and a 25.

NOTE:   In a couple of the photos the tube is mounted in the wrong direction in the Mount!   I discovered that after I shot those photos, because I couldn't get it to point straight up.  Once I easily switched it around--- viola... problem solved---- duh... the instruction book shows this!  ;-)

It's a little dusty but what is there is all in Very Good Condition----  it's used, so it has a few very minor exterior scuffs/cosmetic marks on it---  but no dents or anything that looks to be broken.   The glass looks great, except for some dust inside the 90 degree prism piece, but is fairly clean otherwise.  The two eyepieces of different sizes and the Barlow tube/lens are also in nice condition.   BUT... like I said--- I haven't used it, so figure that it might need some alignment and tweeking.

I'm not here trying to rip anybody off or sneak one past you, but that said... I'm not into having things go back and forth based on opinion, or risk "part swapping."  So I'm sorry, I can't sell item on Approval, it's being sold As Is with No Warranty, No Returns, Unknown as to it's working quality. The significant defects that I know of are either pictured or described to the best of my knowledge. I try to be detailed and truthful but I can't describe every every inch of it, so there may be a nick or blemish or a few specs of dust that I failed to mention... but they would hardly diminish it... unless you expect everything to be 100% Perfect and Better than described.  What you see is what you'll get and I package my items well, so it arrives in the same condition as shown.
