Beautiful Worldwide Stamps

Please see pictures for condition..........What you see is what you are getting.........If there are display pages pictured, they are not included as part of the auction. To minimize shipping costs stamps are removed and consolidated for shipment. Stock images are for reference purposes only of what a typical version of the stamp looks like- they are not included in the sale.

 As standard practice if a listing contains a stamp with color missing, color differences or shade variations, without a certificate I consider them all to be changelings and will identify them as such in the description.  Please note that changelings by the accepted definition are not an error they are stamps altered by exposure to moisture, chemicals or sunlight which can change their color or shade.

Terms & Conditions

1. TRACKING/INSURANCE SHIPPING POLICY

To keep shipping costs down in general all items under USD $100 are shipped at buyer's risk. Purchase of this item constitutes acceptance of our terms; buyer agrees not to file chargebacks and/or claims through eBay/PayPal due to lost, stolen, missing, damaged, delayed and/or confiscated items. If you want tracking or insurance on your less than $100.00 purchase it is an additional cost, please advise and I will send you a revised invoice with those items included. Any individual purchase over $100.00 will have insurance and tracking included.

  2. SHIPPING POLICY.

I ship within 3 BUSINESS days.

Buyer will receive a notification from eBay once item has been shipped.

I will always combine U.S. orders when there is an opportunity to do so and at your request as well. I will refund any overpayment for shipping if combining an order remains possible. The general policy is that you will pay the highest priced item in a combined shipment and everything else is included at no additional cost. As is always the case in life there are always a few exceptions like bulk lots. 

International orders all shipping and invoicing is handled by eBay. There is no opportunity to combine international orders.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

eBay calculates this date based on our shipping policy - I do not set it. It can be inaccurate.

4. SHIPPING STATUS

Click on My eBay Purchase History to determine if an item has shipped. If buyer has paid for tracking, that information will be found there as well.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

I will reach out when a problem on my end will cause a delay. Once the item is marked as shipped, I have no additional information other than what is available in Purchase History. If buyer has paid for tracking, you can use the carrier's site to find out where the item is.

6. CUSTOMS FEES

You are solely responsible for all customs duties, fees and/or fines. I will not alter any invoice or label to reflect a lower value and an invoice will always be included with the order.

7. IMAGES

Unless otherwise indicated, I use actual photos/scans of the items I offer for sale. Photos are part of the description and are important to review for condition of an item and are considered part of the DESCRIPTION.

8. RETURNS

You can return any purchase for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. Unless the item was misrepresented, or I made a mistake in the description of the item or of the posted pictures you will remain responsible for all postage/freight/delivery cost.

9. SPECIAL REQUESTS

If buyer is unable to wait for order or needs it delayed because of travel or special occasion, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

10. FEEDBACK

Please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback and give me the opportunity to address all reasonable problems.

11. AUTHENTICATION

Unless otherwise noted with accompanying certification nothing I am selling is guaranteed to be genuine. I am not an expert in the philatelic field ?.I am a collector just like you and as such do my best to represent what I offer based on my past experience and abilities. If you believe I have misidentified a listed item, please let me know so that I can make a correction. If you have an item purchased from me that was determined to be identified incorrectly by a recognized expert, it is returnable for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping. I will not reimburse for any cost associated with having the item(s) authenticated.
