6" PVC Tube Speaker Mounting Kit.
20 inch long tube included. Tube is machined and assembled. Parts may be removed to install other components.
This kit gives you the freedom to create your own larger and louder system than commercially available systems.
This kit will allow you to mount speakers in the ends of 6" Schedule 40 PVC tube, two 4 inch speakers in external pods AND mount a single DIN head unit into the same tube.
The kit includes:
two (2) End Brackets that allow attaching 6.5" speakers. Includes all mounting hardware required to attach the brackets and speakers to the customer supplied 6" PVC tube. Speakers not included. Tube rings fit Kicker 6.5" and equal sized speakers. Dedicated woofers with exceptionally large magnets may not fit. If you have a specific speaker you want to use, please message me and I can verify fit. I have tested Kickers, Polk and Pyle speakers and they fit just fine.
two (2) Speaker Pods that allow you to mount 4" speakers that can be positioned to face in the same direction as the DIN head. Thru hole for magnet clearance is 3 inch in diameter. Check your 4" speaker magnet diamter, if you need a larger clearance hole please tell me and I will confirm that will fit.
one (1) Single DIN mount. This allows you to mount a single DIN head unit into the tube.
one (1) 20" long 6" sch40 PVC tube. Tube to be machined to fit the single DIN mount, 2 front mounted pods and end baffles.
NO SPEAKERS are included.

The end rings are designed to set into the 6" schedule 40 PVC tube and attach with four (4) 8-32 BHCS. The nyloc nuts are recessed and captured by the end ring for easy mounting. You can mount 6.5" speakers directly to the speaker mounting rings using four (4) 8-32 BHCS and captured nuts.
The kit is designed to require a very minimal amount of fabrication (drilling 3/16" holes) to mount the rings and pods.
Major Components of the PVC Tube Speaker Kit:
END BRACKETS: End bracket fits inside the 6” schedule 40 PVC pipe. The end bracket is held in place with four (4) 8-32 black oxide 8-32 BHCS screwing directly into zinc plated steel nyloc fasteners recessed and fully integrated into the end bracket. The tube mounting holes in the end brackets are evenly spaced at 90 degrees apart. 6.5” speakers can mount to the bracket with four (4) 8-32 BHCS.
End Brackets are fabricated from Black thermoplastic. Other colors are available upon request.
SPEAKER PODS: Front mounted speaker pods allow you to mount 4" speakers that will face in any radial direction (right angle from centerline of tube axis). You will need to drill a clearance hole for some speaker magnets. This is easy to do with the proper size hole saw. 2 pods are included with this kit and allow you to mount two 4" speakers. Kit has been tested to fit Kicker speakers. Should readily fit standard 4" speaker mounting hole location. Check the speaker magnet diamter as clearance hole is 3 inches. Mounting hardware included.
HEAD UNIT MOUNTING BRACKET: Mount a single DIN head unit with this bracket. Comes with mounting hardware to mount the bracket to the tube. I recommend using the supplied sheet-metal mounting frame with the single DIN unit. The mount is oversized slightly to allow for the use of the radio mounting frame.
PVC TUBE: Tube length to be 20" and machined to fit the components listed above. Longer tubes are available. Please message me prior to ordering to confirm available sizes.
