Adorable Rare Vintage Delft Tin Glaze Cat Figurine Marked Holland Netherlands

Adorable little Delft pottery tin glaze striped cat figurine. The bottom is marked “Delft Holland” and what looks like 2 crossed arrows with the letters M E W K and one other I can’t read. This piece is hollow and measures 3 ½” across by 2 ¾” high.

There is a chip on the left front foot, but it’s in the back so you can’t see it from the front. There seems to be a chip on the tip of the tail but someone painted it blue. Otherwise the figurine is in good condition.
