30 Day Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied for any reason, undamaged products may be returned in their original packaging, within 30 days of shipment. Niche Fasteners will either issue a full credit or exchange.Requests for returns or order cancellations must be processed through eBay's Resolution Center. All returns require a Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) number obtained from a Niche Fasteners customer service representative.Buyer must ship goods in containers suitable for transport such that the goods are received free of damage in transit. All risk in transit is upon the Buyer and Buyer should ensure that all shipments possess a value of greater than U.S. $100.00. Unless otherwise stated in the RGA, Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.Buyer shall place a facsimile or photocopy of the RGA into the shipping container and it is requested that a bar coded shipping label be placed on the outside of the shipping carton.All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee which will be deducted from the total credit amount issued.
