• All orders paid for before 4.30 PM (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched same day (excluding weekends & Bank holidays).
• We try to get all orders delivered for the following day BUT this is not a condition of sale.

• Please inspect the packaging BEFORE signing for the goods and make the appropriate comments when signing for them.
• We reserve the right to ask for extra payment for shipping to destinations which cost us more in UK and NI.
• We can deliver to destinations outside Mainland UK but please contact us for a P&P Quote first.

Attention: Exchange turbo Terms & Conditions of sale.

• Please do not buy this item if you do not agree to our T&C.

• The exchange unit has to be returned complete and come with the actuator with unbroken plugs and no snapped bolts.
• A surcharge of £100 - £150 will become payable if the above conditions are not met and your exchange turbo will be returned back to you.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the exchange turbo is adequately protected so it does not get damaged in transit.
• The Exchange unit must be returned to us within 10 working days of receipt of our Turbo or a surcharge of £100 - £150 will become payable .

• In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e.undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unprimed and complete with all tags attached.
• Goods must be returned with your original receipt and be in the condition that they were purchased.

WARRANTY ON TURBOCHARGER

• Turbocharger warranty lasts for 24 months from date of invoice or 24,000 miles whichever falls first.

Your warranty Will be invalid if

• You Fail to support any warranty claim with a valid main dealer invoice for the required parts (oil filter, air filter, new oil, banjo bolts, oil feed pipe, drain pipe )- other parts may also need to be changed, please refer to the fitting instructions .
• invoice from a professional VAT registered garage / mechanic for fitting of parts mentioned above.
• Your turbocharger will have any visible foreign object impact damage. For example ( if your turbocharger cartridge compressor wheel is damaged by fallen in nut. )
• Your turbocharger cartridge housing and inside parts are Blue due to severe overheating caused by lack of oil / water.
• contamination from other parts of the vehicle are not covered under the warranty
• If you are not able to our invoice issued with purchase.
• If your turbocharger seals are broken, unless you have prior permission from us to do so in writing.
• By purchasing and fitting this turbocharger you agree to all the above terms and conditions of sale.
• The Warranty does not cover the cost of labour or materials required to remove or re-install the Turbocharger or any other ancillary costs other than those directly attributable to the repair or replacement of the Turbocharger itself. By purchasing any Turbocharger from our store, you signify that you have Read & Agreed to the Terms & Conditions of the warranty as set out in this form.

Our terms and conditions form: a contract between you the Buyer and us a the seller, please do not purchase our goods if you do not wish to be bound by them.

• If you do not return a exchange turbo within 14 days or you will forfeit your Surcharge in full.

• If you need to make a warranty claim all paperwork as noted in our warranty section need to be provided or we will not proceed until you do so

• Should a item be returned that has clearly been used and then returned , we reserve the right to refuse a refund and it will be up to the buyer to have it collected.
• Warranty claims will only be investigated if accompanied with the correct paperwork.
• In the event of a successful warranty claim our liability is limited to the original amount paid and does not cover any other costs whatsoever.
• Should you return a turbo which has been dismantled or an attempt has been made to dismantle it then your warranty will be void.
• Goods need to have been installed by professional VAT registerd workshop and a vat receipt issued.
• Exchange turbos returned with Broken studs or Damage to Electronic plugs will lose the surcharge

• It is your responsibility to insure the Exchange turbo's returning back to us ,

• Exchange turbos should be suitably packed to prevent damage in transit

This does not affect your statutory rights under the distance selling rules.
