It's been cleaned and tested, everything seems to be working (tape spins, pickup head produces sound), but the tape cartridge is missing. This device uses a 4-track 1/8" tape loop cartridge made by HiPac and used in dictaphones, telephone answering machines, etc.

If you can't find the original cartridge, it can be modified by adding a pinchroller from a cassette deck and maybe a few other elements to create a tape loop similar to Copicats.
