Approx. measurements (laying flat):  55" from shoulder to hem (AKA really long! definitely could be worn by a man), 12" tassel length.
 

Some wear commensurate with age.  Small cut on hem as shown in photos, small pull on lower section near hem, both near center on front side.  Snap at neck needs to be resewn; however, both sides are included.
