Item has no tears or holes, what was noticed is a small mark on the collar near Minnie’s silhouette. Did not attempt to wash out, may or may not come out.

Measurement taken while laying flat:

Pit to pit 17 inches, fabric does allow for some stretch. Dress is about knee length and does have pockets on both sides.
