In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:
• Unused and with all parts
• In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
• In a resaleable condition
Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right not to issue a refund .
If item has been attempted to assemble we might consider to not issue a refund for the item.
For the items that are already assembled and listed as Collection in person returns will not be accepted.
We check all of our items before they are dispatched
You may be required to provide photographic verification of the damage/fault.
