Copper Core Roller:

The roller shell is made of high-quality nylon material with excellent high temperature and wear resistant.

 

Heat Sinking Variator Face:

 Specially designed finned edge for better heat dissipation resulting in optimum engine running temperature which can help improve the accelerating time and prevent loss in engine torque and performance.

 

Hardening Ramp Plate:

The variator ramp plate is made from hardened treated steel which can allow the variator to support more power. The main metal parts have been subject to anti rust process treatment for maximum durability.

 

Heavy Rollers:

8g Rollers which allow the engine to change gear earlier and make use of any additional performance modifications
