This is a

orion hcca 12.4 subwoofer (silver) Recone kit with pins and book .i think 1 of the speaker terminal screws are  missing, i can check if you wanted but easy enough resource.

i had kept this cone as a spare hardly used

as you can see.

ideal for someone who wants to keep ther  ORION  HCCA .

There is  Absolutely Nothing wrong with this cone at ALL .
