Celtic Sea Salt crystals are produced on the salt marshes of the Peninsula of Geurande in France.
Produced by natural evaporation of sea water by the sun and wind.
The salt is hand harvested. It remains completely unwashed, unrefined and additive-free, retaining all its natural minerals and trace elements. Naturally dried in clay-lined estuary beds, this unrefined salt retains its minerals and is naturally lower in sodium than common salt.
