What does the 4-Play do for me?

The 4-Play is the first adapter to support such a wide variety of controllers. The list of supported systems continues to grow! We hope to add more and more to our already impressive repertoire. It even works on almost any modern operating system, including Windows, OSX, Linux, Android, and even PS3, Nintendo Switch and Xbox original !

Now supports n64 memory card transfers to and from the real console and emulators. Just like the original Adaptoid with even more features.

The greatest advantage in owning a 4-Play is that you'll never need to buy another retro controller USB adapter again. In addition to the controllers it already supports, 4-Play can be easily updated to support new ones. We can even design new adapter cables should the need arise. The 4-Play's design has been based on the concepts of adaptability, authenticity, and value since the very beginning.

Have you ever bought an adapter with driver or USB ID issues? Do you have a bin full of awkward, unreliable products that just don't quite get the job done? Do you want a seamless, authentic gaming experience that's hassle free? If you answered yes to any of these questions, the 4-Play is for you. The 4-Play doesn't need drivers and the cables are easy to organize. The 4-Play is modular and supports the same features across multiple controllers. The 4-Play shows up as four devices and handles all the communication to the controllers by itself, meaning you won't have to struggle with re-configuring inputs every time you unplug it.

If you find the Game-Pro to your liking check out the Bridge. ( available on the Bliss-Box's main page)

The Bridge Connects a 4-play in single mode  and sends controller data to a console. The Bliss-Box  4-Play is USB devices that are intended for a USB host. However in the same way the BlisSTer works, all Bliss-Box devices can speak a universal protocol over two wires. The communication can take place over the USB lines without disturbing USB hardware. When you connect the Bliss-Box Bridge to a 4-Play, it begins sending controller data at a fast rate of 500us per request. That is twice as fast as the fastest USB poll-rate. The Bridge takes this data and then speaks to the console. The console now controls the polling rate (typically 16ms) and while the console waits for the next poll, the Bliss-Box gathers the payload.

So what does this mean? It means you can use any controller you want, on any console...
