Lepicol is a three-in-one combination of gentle psyllium husk fibre supplement, live bacterial cultures and inulin. The main fibre source within Lepicol products is Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata). Psyllium husks are a great fibre supplement as it is able to normalize stool size by being water retentive and, at the same time, forms a soft gel which eases the stool along the lower digestive tract ready for evacuation. Psyllium husks have the advantage of being much gentler than some common fibre supplements (such as wheat or bran), many of which could irritate a sensitive bowel. Inulin is a fibre that is sourced from chicory root. Inulin is not broken down by the body - it is fermented by live bacteria in the gut to support the growth of live bacteria. Lepicol is manufactured by ADM Protexin in their purpose built state-of-the-art factory in Somerset. ADM Protexin are dedicated to producing innovative research based products of the highest quality for health. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail or via courier. Royal Mail terms and conditions state that a parcel is not considered lost unless it has been in the postal system for over 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. If your parcel is unfortunately undelivered or lost, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for collection. Failing this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will strive to sort out a replacement package.
Please note, we are unable to send you a replacement package until it has passed the time frame specified for lost packages. Furthermore, we only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply follow the returns procedure by contacting us through eBay or directly at our registered email address indicating the reason for return along with your eBay user ID.
Goods need to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Goods should be unopened, unused and in its original condition including all packaging, product boxes, labels & tags.
