Intermec's Interactive Reader Language (IRL) is standard on the 9420. IRL simplifies creation of user defined application programs.The 9420 has a rugged housing is designed and engineered for hands-free use in the harshest of environments.
The back lit display ensures clear viewing in darkness or direct sunlight.
The sealed keyboard has large rimmed keys that minimize errors even while wearing gloves. CMOS RAM ensures memory retention even after the power is switched off and the 9420 has a standard 16K memory that can be expanded to 136K with an optional expansion card.
This is a complete unit and is in excellent condition. I found this while going through my Pop's stuff after he passed in '09.
