All of our appliance parts are removed from new or previously owned appliances which are deemed cosmetically or mechanically beyond economical repair.  EVERY part is tested by our certified repair technicians to be in perfect working condition before they are listed on ebay.  Each part is marked in an inconspicuous manner to avoid unscrupulous buyers from swapping out their original, non-working parts for return or refunds (yes, people actually try this).  This practice WILL NOT be tolerated by us or ebay and violators of this ebay policy will be reported.  Buyers who want to "test" their appliance with our parts and then return for refund should seek other options.  Please carefully examine your existing part closely and compare it to the photos and part numbers provided as we will not issue refunds for incorrect part ordered.
