Laser Tube Details:
Installation
1. Connect the positive and negative pole of laser tube and power supply, and insulate it properly.
2. Connect the inlet and outlet of the laser tube.
3. Turn on the water circulation, so that the cooling water through the entire water line, avoid air bubbles, otherwise there is a risk of burst pipes.
4. Start inching, the laser tube emit laser light, adjust the position of the laser tube so that the spot hit in the middle of the reflective mirror.
5. If the light path is not correct, adjust the position of the laser lens until light path adjustment is complete.
6. When the laser tube is first used, generally adjust 50%-60% of the power to work (can be adjusted according to the actual use of the situation).

Q: What are the operating conditions of the laser tube？
A: Water cooling: it is recommended that the coolant be pure water, with a flow rate of 2-5 liters per minute and a standard water temperature of 10 ℃-50 ℃. Operating environment: temperature 2-40 ℃, humidity 10% - 60%.
Q: How to match the DY power supply for the RECI W series the laser tube?
A: Due to the upgrade of laser tube, the power of the laser tube was increased than before,so we recomment the W1 laser tube to work with DY10 power supply,W2 laser tube to work with DY13 power supply,W4,W6,W8 laser tube to work with DY20 power supply
Q:Is it difficult to deal with after-sales problems?

Q:What's the rated power for W1,W2,W4,W6,and W8?
A: The rated power of W1, W2, W4, W6, W8 is 75W, 90W, 100W, 130W and 150W，and the peak power of the W1, W2, W4, W6 and W8 is 90W,110W,130W,150W and 180W. We gurantee the rated/agreement power,can't gurantee the peak power. The actual power of each tube is between rated power and peak power,it must be higher than the rated power.Some can reach peak power,not all.
Q:What is the purpose of the extended threaded-tube？
A: The extended threaded-tube is recommended when Multi-layer plywood, PVC materials are to cut. It should be installed to avoid the gas inside leaking caused by glue expansion, in the circumstance that the temperature of laser tube heads are increasing due to dust around the working environment.
Q: How to install the extended threaded-tube?
A: Unscrew he original threaded-tube, and blow off the dust on the lens with the balloon. Then install the extended threaded-tube. The length can be reserved according to the actual requirement with the pliers cutting from V-groove position.
RECI Laser Tube Light Problems Self-checking
First of all, please open the back cover to check the laser light, the normal light color is light pink.
If there are no issues with the light, but the processing effect is not ideal, please check the following aspects:
A. The output lens of the laser head is contaminated, please gently wipe with anhydrous alcohol.
B. Laser lens is contaminated, including 3 pieces of reflective mirrors and 1 piece of focus lens, please wipe with anhydrous alcohol or replace them.
C. The optical path is not adjusted well, the light does not shoot out from the laser head or the optical path is not perpendicular, please adjust the optical path again.
D. Laser power supply is damaged, although the laser tube is bright but weak, please adjust to the maximum light intensity, such as the ammeter value only shows below 10mA, the power supply is damaged, please replace the power supply.
E. Cooling system problems, water circulation is too slow, the laser temperature is too high, resulting in poor cooling effect, check the entire water circuit is not blocked (water pipe folding), the water pump or water chiller is damaged or not, please repair in time!
