Each watch is delivered in the original box with 2 year movement warranty. The Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, hands, dial, crystals, strap or bracelet.

• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

• Water damage unless marked water-resistant.

We offer 30 days return policy Items should  be send back in the same condition you received them with all protective seals intact and no adjustments made.

Buyers has to cover return postage. We would ask you to check every item that you receive from us, within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

We are more than happy to exchange any faulty or incorrect items that you may unfortunately receive within a time period of 7 days of receiving the goods. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly.

We dispatch all item placed before 12 pm on the same day, Insome circumstances we have the right to withhold any order from dispatch up to 48 hours. We do not dispatch items on Saturday or Sunday. Items sent on Friday are 90% likely to arrive on Saturday, but are not guaranteed until Monday.
