⣠Start/Stop Button: Before any operation, tests must be stopped.
⤠Connect the positive pole of a cell (pin definition: pins 1-2-3 are connected in parallel with excessive current, and pin 4 is for thin wire for voltage detection)
⥠Connect to the negative pole of the cell (pin definition: pins 1-2-3 are connected in parallel for excessive current, and pin 4 is for thin wires for voltage detection)
How to use?
1. First, set the charging and discharging parameters of the machine according to the charging or discharging parameters provided by your battery manufacturer. For batteries without clearly marked charging or discharging parameters, the following data can be referred to:
2. Turn it on without connecting any battery. Press Setting knob once to enter the parameter setting page. After setting the charging and discharging parameters, save the data and exit (the parameters can be selected when pressing Setting; the parameters can be adjusted when rotating Setting).
3. Three working modes can be selected on the main page (rotate the Setting knob left and right):â Cell charge mode: only charge a cell. â¡ Cell discharge mode: only discharge a cell. ⢠Cycle mode: automatic charging of the battery - discharge - charged. End page: After charging or discharging, its screen will display information such as capacity.
4. During tests, if you need to disconnect the cell or reset the parameters, you must press the Stop button first.
5. After the test, it will display the test result.
6. The voltage drops rapidly during the discharge test, which indicates that the fixture is in poor contact with the cell or the discharge current is too large.
7. The voltage rises rapidly during the charging test, which indicates that the fixture is in poor contact with the cell or the charging current is too large.
8. If the cell heats up seriously during the test, it means that the charging and discharging current is too large.
