RARE ANTIQUE 1903-1904 BELGIUM FOOTBALL CLUB UBSSA ART NOVEAU MEDAL Repousse CHARM!  I cannot translate the writing on the back but I believe it is from the UBBSA football league from Belgium in 1903-1904 to commemorate an event! It is a souvenir charm that has the former owners name on the back to the event she attended! I have several other similar charms for other events that she attended! Please see my other items! Any additional information would be appreciated!  Also signed Hippleroy in the corner and another hallmark I cannot make out.
