Principle:
The graduated cylinder containing particles and powder is fixed on the mechanical vibration device, and the motor drives the mechanical vibration device to vibrate up and down. The vibration frequency is controlled by the microcontroller. The graduated cylinder containing particles and powder generates a certain frequency and amplitude of vibration with the mechanical vibration device.

As the number of vibrations increases, the particles or powder in the measuring cylinder gradually solidifies. After reaching the set number of vibrations, the mechanical vibration device stops vibrating and reads the volume of the measuring cylinder particles or powder. Based on the definition of density (i.e. weight divided by volume), the density of the compacted particles or powder is calculated.
