RETURNS/REFUNDS:Please ensures the preservation of both the outer box and inner packaging during the effect of the warranty clause. In the event of a return or repair request, any additional requirements related to the outer box may incur charges.
Orders more than 30 days from the date of receipt by customers are non-refundable.
We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.
All product returns must be in unopened and in salable condition to receive a full refund. If the item is opened or used the orders are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee.
Personal reasons for return (dislike, unsuitable, etc .), will be charged 10-15 % of the restocking fee and the return shipping fee is by the customer account. Electric trike may be more than 15% of the restocking fee.
Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address, or marked as unclaimed, is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To prevent the return without the package box, please must keep your carton/package box for one month, and do not throw away your carton casually.
The customer is in charge of properly packaging the bike and returning it to our warehouse.
Any damages caused during the shipping due to the lack of packaging might be deducted from the refund.
However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we'll pay the return shipping costs as this is a result of our error by sending you a pre-paid shipping label.

· no major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches and chips will result in a refund deduction.
· depending on the bike(s)' condition, a restocking fee of 10 - 20% will be charged. Orders outside the continental united states may charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.

If a return has been approved, the customer is in charge of properly packaging the bike and returning it to our warehouse.
Any damages caused during the shipping due to the lack of packaging might be deducted from the refund.
When you receive and sign for the bike, please carefully check if your package box is damaged or not. If it is damaged, please make a remark "The package damaged" On the receipt certificate. Otherwise, the carrier will deny that they broke the item to deny the package damaged claims.
Addmotor/Maxfoot Brand New E-Bikes Warranty:
*The warranty period is effective from the date of purchase.

1.For brand-new bikes/trikes with 48V 20Ah capacity purchased on or before February 29, 2024, an 18-month warranty is applicable for batteries.
For capacities less than 48V 20Ah, a one-year warranty applies.Other main electric/mechanical components enjoy a one-year warranty.
2.For brand-new bikes/trikes ordered on or after March 1, 2024, a two-year warranty is applied to batteries and motors, while other main electric/mechanical components maintain a one-year warranty.
3.We provide 2 years of technical supports.
4.About Shipping damage:
Upon receiving your bike, IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time-sensitive.We will not accept freight damage claims later than 30 days from receipt of the product.
Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment.
Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images if possible.
Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.
Report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to an Addmotor/Maxfoot customer service representative.Please contact us for return/replacement instructions.
5.Warranty Exclusion:
*The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or misusage, normal wear, upkeep (refer to the manual), or water damage.
*This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, and spokes).
*Warranty does not cover damage resulting from omitted or incorrect adjustment(s) or worn components.
6.If repairs can be done, a new bike will not be sent.
In no event shall we be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
