Slightly different from the ordinary version with double row of buttons, waistbelt, different design on the pockets and a brownish shade i haven't seen on the other version. also the fit is the same, with exception for the possibillity of belting it in at the waist. also similair leather lined buttonholes.

the "total defence", i don't know if it has a english name is the name for not only the military defence but all society upholding services that would need to be ready for possibility of war.
