I found the bag 2 decades ago in a high end consignment shop (meaning, expensive!)  ~  the bag was put away for that special occasion which never came.

It seems to have had little if any use.

It does have some small smudges and "dents" which I have shown in photos, but do not detract from the mirror like surface, my opinion of course.
