General condition is VERY GOOD with minor signs of use. I will rate it 8 / 10.

Exterior- several minor spots and scratches here and there, but leather itself is in great condition, very supple without rips or tears. All the stitches intact. Corners well preserved.

Interior- pristine without odors. Single large space with large pocket and large zippered space. Another large zippered compartment on the back area.  All the zippers are metallic and functional. All spaces are lined with sturdy fabric with the map pattern.

Heavy duty solid brass hardware. Functional mid-century style lock with key in clochette.

Ergonomic all leather handle- clean and sturdy.

Riveted stress points. Key clip included.
