Henriksen Circle of Friends Candle Holder Scottish Terrier dogs that is meant to encircle a votive candle.
There is a small chip right at the edge of where the votive would go. It's even with the other surfaces and could be concealed easily.
You may find a small remnant of wax, I tried to clean it all off though.
