This is a 16 7/8 by 8 3/4 inch print/lithograph of a 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment, aka the Rough Riders soldier with cape that was done in 1899. The bottom corner has the date and the publisher of this print/lithograph which was Scribner's Sons. This is NOT a typical photo offset litho. It is different from photo-offsets which have the pattern of uniform dots that can be seen with a high-powered magnifier. I am not sure of exactly what process was used to make this print. It is not hand-signed. The signature was in the plate. It is in very good condition. It is mounted on a paper board.  It will be shipped for $18 via UPS.  See the photos.
