Your order will have an order number / reference or your eBay username, this must be added as a note / letter inside your return parcel showing this.
Your item(s) must be returned in good condition (unless there is a manufacturer defect).
You must notify us within 14 days from your item(s) been delivered for all return item(s).
You then have 14 days from notifying us to return any item(s) to us.
Please note... For any returns we do not pay for the cost to be posted back to us.
(we can recommend postage services to use to return item(s) and always advised to take postage insurance to cover any damage / loss in transit back to us.)
