Renotub Premium Bath Enamel Paint

Renotub is a durable two-part modified acrylic isocyanate free coating specially formulated and designed to provide excellent adhesion, durability and colour retention in high moisture areas. It is ideal for use to renew cast iron, steel, enamel, ceramic porcelain, fiberglass, bath tubs, toilets, bidets and sinks. It is not for use on galvanized steel or flexible plastic.

Each pack contains a 250ml of Part A coating in Brilliant White Ral 9016 and 250ml Part B of an Activator / Hardener.

Each pack contains a 250ml of Part A coating in Brilliant White Ral 9016 in a 500ml tin and 250ml Part B of an Activator / Hardener in a 250ml tin.

Simply stir both Parts A & B & pour 250ml Part B of an Activator / Hardener into the 500ml tin containing 250ml of Part A coating in Brilliant White Ral 9016.

No mess - no fuss - no need to find a measuring jug our alternative can or bowl.

PLEASE NOTE: Only mix Parts A & B together if you intend to use all the paint within 2 hours.

Renotub Brush Cleaner and Thinner may be added to aid flow and application. Thin no more than 10%. Also ideal for cleaning paint brushes and foam rollers.

All surfaces shall be clean, dry and free from any contamination.

Clean the surface in preparation for sanding.

Thoroughly abrade the surface with a suitable P600 abrasive sandpaper. Remove loose paint and rust with a wire brush.

To ensure a clean tidy finish round the edges and the fittings, we recommend applying masking tape to areas that do not require resurfacing and renovating.

Apply at temperatures between 10-25°C in a well ventilated room.

Before painting mix components A and B and stir thoroughly. Once mixed apply within 2 hours.

Use a fine quality, fine bristle brush. Brush in one direction only for a smooth surface and feather the edges as you paint to avoid a hard line between painted areas. Avoid excessive brushing to ensure an even coat and smooth finish. Brush around the edges and the fittings and when complete we recommend applying the surface with a good quality 4” foam roller.

Allow to dry 7 days before exposing to water.
