Lens coat has been use, but it looks OK. It shows normal wear.  I don't see anything damaged. Case  is fully operational. Please note that it might be incomplete. And I don't know what lens it was made for. I see Advantage MAX 4 HD on the case. It might be made for Canon RF or EF series 400mm lenses. again, I don't know what lens it will fit. Look at the pictures above.
