This beautiful jacquard tie was woven in Como, Italy using century old wooden looms, and woven by out skilled craftsman in Naples.

These wooden looms help to create a somewhat loose weave that adds extra depth and character to fabric, and the look has yet to be recreated by modern looms. This is created on the same loom that birthed grenadine silk, which causes the silk weave to look slightly like a garza fina grenadine in certain areas.

This tie is self-tipped. which requires extra fabric, however it created a signature look of quality, and improves the drape.

A tie like this is very bold, however pairs beautifully with blues and certain grays.
