Towle Silversmiths Picture Frame holds a 8"x10" Photo Floral Decor.  The overall size is approximately 

14''x 12''. It can be displayed both Horizontally and Vertically. This is not meant to be hung on a wall. It has not been used, however there are 2 tiny indents on the side, about the size of an ink dot, it was like this when I bought it, and looks like it happened during manufacturing. Also the velvet on the back has some storage wear.  Please see pictures.
