The Pelican 1200 plastic storage case is unbreakable, watertight, airtight, dust proof, chemical resistant and corrosion proof. It is made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. Its exclusive 1/4″ (6.4 mm) neoprene o-ring and ABS latches seal perfectly and create an air tight seal – making the ideal environment for a cigar humidor. Includes an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure.

HOW IT’S MADE:
We purchase authentic, new Pelican products for a licensed Distributor and then add our custom cut foam cigar trays to convert them into ultra-durable and travel-friendly tactical cigar humidors.
Our trays are professionally laser cut with numerous large channels that are to perfectly sized to protect your cigars. They are made of high quality, custom cut open cell charcoal foam that is sturdier than competitive products. They are soft enough to protect your cigars and allow for excellent air flow through the material.
Lid inserts are waterjet cut with round holes to optionally recess mount a Xikar® PuroTemp Round Digital Hygrometer (or similar style/size hygrometer) as well as a rectangle to recess mount an optional Boveda® Metal Holder for 60 gram size Boveda® Humidity Packs. These hardware accessories are NOT included (can be purchased separately - contact us for info).
Each container was meticulously measured and CAD drawings professionally drafted to ensure the best fit of every foam part.
