Box is poor condition but rest is nice, box was open so unsure if complete. on shelf for many years. bolts to head on flathead using head bolts, should work on any champion engine, wix filter was on it when I got it, assume originally had a filter with Studebaker name on it but the wix is probably a better filter anyway
