The frying pan is characterized by its particularly high edge of 7 cm. Whether casserole, roast or even desserts such as fruit cake or buns can be prepared in it without any problems. The dishes succeed in the frying pan and nothing runs over the high edge. It is available in classic black as well as in the colors red, blue and green and is made of robust enamel. The rim is rounded - beaded rim in enamel lingo - bending the metal to create a round and strong rim. The frypan can be placed in the oven at high heat without any problems, although the use of oven mitts is highly recommended. In the frying pan, all dishes can also be easily cut with a knife (except for the glass ceramic knife).

The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.

Our enamel cookware can be used on Allen types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel tableware will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.

From roasts and fried chicken to cakes and casseroles, the practical pan with a high rim is always ready to use as a practical and robust little helper. Thanks to the high rim, it is also perfect for dishes with a lot of sauce or high content. And for larger quantities, i.e. whenever many eaters come together or a festival is approaching.

When baking in the roasting pan, always grease well and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs before filling in the batter. Cakes and the like don't stick and can be easily removed from the roasting pan.
