Shipping Information: - Items are shipped via FedEx , UPS or USPS.
- Expedited shipping is available upon request (additional charges may apply).
- We offer local pick up on the Hours of operation: 8am-4pm Monday - Friday in some cases.
- We reserve the right to change shipping carrier or class based on seller discretion.
- We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Order handling time is Same business days, however, most orders ship the next business day.

30-Day Hassle Free Return Policy: - A return may be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
- If the item to be returned is defective or inaccurate, a return shipping label will be provided free of charge. Upon receipt of the retuned item, a replacement item (if available) will be shipped free of charge or a refund issued.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on any item that is not defective or inaccurate. Refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item given it is received in the same condition as it was sent out.
- Items in "new" condition that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Items must be shipped back in its received condition and properly packed.
- Return is void if the barcode sticker "BS-XXXX" is removed.
