This beautifully constructed Porcelain Artist Doll with a cloth Body is simply signed "Billie".  This doll has a sweet expression with beautiful green eyes and long lashes that nicely compliment her strawberry blond baby wig.  She comes dressed as shown in a sweet yellow baby dress and matching diaper cover. She wears a vintage butterfly pin on her collar. Her white baby shoes are trimmed in blue.  She is an Estate doll and appears to have been a "display only"  doll that is in very good condition.  I believe she was made by a doll artist from the Pacific Northwest who passed away several years ago.   Please look closely at all of the pictures as they are meant to  represent a large part of the description.
