Welcome. Thanks for stopping in. Up for sale is a Music Man 210-75 (2275 Chassis) Combo Amplifier restoration. This unit is SN-BN13146 manufactured in the USA in the late 1970s, early 1980s, most likely 1980. This amp was in fairly good condition prior to restoration, now in very good condition. This amp puts out plenty of power and is surprisingly heavy for its size. I played professionally (years ago) with a 210-65 and it had power to spare in all but the largest venues. This amp is coming off some very light studio use.

This amp is equipped with two channels. Channel One is provided with High and Low inputs, Volume, and Bass and Treble tone controls. Channel Two is provided with High and Low inputs, Volume, Bass, Middle, and Treble tone controls, Reverb, Tremolo Speed and Intensity controls, Master Volume, and Bright and Deep switches. Plenty of options for tone shaping. The Power Switch is provided with High and Low Power positions, and a Standby Switch is provided on the back panel. The Reverb and Tremolo can be activated with the original footswitch hooked up through RCA jacks on the pack panel, and additionally, also on the back panel, a speaker impedance switch is provided allowing for both 4 and 8 ohm output. 1/4" Jacks are provided for both internal and external speakers (wired in series). This amp achieves clean output up to 28.9 Watts RMS on low power and up to 61.5 Watts RMS on high power. This amp is equipped with vintage Sylvania 6L6GC-STRs. The Power and Output Transformers and nearly all the circuitry are original with the exception of the new power supply and larger electrolytic capacitors. The amp is equipped with the original 10" Speakers (8 ohm each, 4 in parallel). This amp sounds great, has low noise, has been burned in, and tested. This amp is provided with a copy of the original schematics.

The original Tolex has been repaired and cleaned, has new Black/Silver/White Grill Cloth, new chrome Corners, new Feet and Casters, and the original Handle and Amp Straps. The Logo (Badges) have been repainted. At 55 pounds, it takes some muscle to get this around town. A new black canvas cover is included and will keep this amp looking its best.

This amp includes safety and protection upgrades including an AC line safety capacitor (installed on the ground switch), and fusing for the accessory outlet. The back panel has been modified to accommodate the new fuse holder (which matches the original). Input/Output Jacks and potentiometers have been cleaned. There are minor scratches, imperfections, fading, and metal oxidation typical of an amp over 40 years old.
