Richard Drake of Esher was Equerry of the Stable and Groom of the Privy Chamber to Queen Elizabeth I and also held office as a member of parliament and Justice of the Peace. This work is extracted from Sir William Drake's privately printed Devonshire Notes and Notelets.
With two plates and a folding plate.
Collated, complete.
CONDITION
In full cloth binding. Externally, very smart with library markings to the faded spine. Exeter City Library bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, generally firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
