Inscribed to the title page with '(edited & revised by John Rowland)'.

This scarce novel, arranged in the style of a travelogue, follows the author to 'Dawn City', an advanced metropolis hidden in Australia, developed by seventeenth century colonists who have managed to achieve communication with mars.


CONDITION

In the publisher's original cloth binding, with price unclipped dust wrapper. Fading to back strip, with boards bright. Minor chipping to dust wrapper back strip tail, with two small closed tears to head and tail of front wrap. Dust wrapper repaired with tape to reverse of back strip head and tail. Internally, firmly bound. Inscribed to title page. Pages bright, with significant spotting to first and last few leaves, and with further spotting throughout. Spotting to fore edge of text block.
