Offering One of a Kind Collage Original from the first half of the 20th Century. It is a Unique Embellished piece with, or over, a Vintage 1930s Lithograph entitled “Just Pals”, by famed Artist Illustrator, Charlotte Becker. The extraordinary artwork was custom hand-decorated by an uncredited Craft Person, Outsider or Folk Artist who painstakingly created 3-D effect using paper, delicate yarn to Knit and Crochet, with added tLace and Ribbon.
