I was so lucky to have found a massive set of these curtains that I'm selling individually. This curtain , with the ruffle on the left , at the time of listing I have two, to purchase both just add this to your cart and change the quantity to 2) The matching curtains with the ruffle on the right are in my other listing. Simply search my store for the words " Rose burgundy stripe" and they will appear. There are also single panels, so you could purchase one panel to make into pillows or upholstery for matching set in the same room! )
This beautiful curtain is an antique French curtain dating 1890-1900. It is printed with the gorgeous rose and stripe design which was typical of furnishing fabrics of that time period! This heavyweight cotton has a wonderful, sturdy hand and was once used as bed drapes ( can you imagine what that bed must have looked like ??~ the colors of this panel are : burgundy stripe, warm tea ground, pinks , greens and off-white ~ it's a cretonne weave cotton ( thin warp and thick weft weave ) The metal hooks still are intact along the top for hanging! It would be ideal for curtains, decorative pillows, framing, design inspiration, etc.

MEASUREMENTS: This curtain measures approximately and 100-110 inches long by 99-106 inches wide at the bottom 36-39 inches across the gathered top edge

CONDITION: This textile is in amazingly good condition. I can see they didn't hang for long as they are in spectacular condition! I've freshly laundered them and they are ready to hang*~ Normal detergent! ~ There are only light signs of time and use ~ really lovely condition ~They are very sturdy, you will be able to enjoy them for many many many years to come ~ an heirloom textile ~*~ Light signs of time and use, in wonderful condition !!~
