I've been stolen from too many times. So I let buyers know that I test, package and deliver gold and diamonds to a federal postal employee on camera without breaking footage. If you return the item, I have my mail held and open it in front of the postal employees also. This protects me and you, but mostly it is a warning that federal employees have no choice if they want to get involved in a mail fraud case and have to report it, you will go to prison if you send me an empty package or something else all together. I am not a good target. I've been doing this for 20 years and have been stolen from and smeared too many times. Since I implemented this process, the amount of stolen items has gone to zero. I don't mind if you return it just don't steal it.
