Recommended Dosage: Adults and children over 5 years old: Up to one 2.5ml 1⁄2 teaspoon) serving daily before food. Can be mixed with fruit juice or milk or taken on its own. This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
