These meters are used but have been tested & are in clean excellent working condition with clear polycarbonate covers. 

The LCD display transitions between 3 different screens every few seconds showing watthours used, time, & date. None of these are reset but will add to the readings already accumulated. There is a button on the face of the cover to the left of the display that can be pushed to advance between the 3 display readings.

These meters will fit any standard 4 terminal 240v meter socket & can be used to record usage from an RV, home, apartment, or garage.
