A. Both hubs are OEM off of a 2002 Honda CR250R. I know they will work on the 02 and 03 CR250r bikes and would imagine that there is a ton of interchangeability.

B. These were painted black and I have cleaned them to the best of my ability with a wire wheel on a bench grinder. I just don’t like to use caustic paint remover on bare cast aluminum. If you want to powder coat these, I’d still recommend bead blasting or vapor blasting.

C. Front hub: you get two new bearings and seals from Factory Links. You get the spacer that goes between the bearings. You get both spacers and a pretty clean front rotor. You will need front rotor bolts. Be careful to follow the torque specs because new rotor bolts are easy to twist off.

D. Rear hub: you get three new bearings and seals also from Factory Links. You also get a new red anodized threaded holder plus the old one that is lightly screwed in the rear hub. You also get the spacer that goes between the bearings. You also get both wheel spacers, the OEM rear brake rotor and a steel 48 tooth sprocket that has good teeth on it. I’m not the biggest fan of steel sprockets for the rear but I’d rather have heavier sprocket vs a fly wheel weight. Both the rear sprocket and the rear brake rotor will need new fasteners.

E. I am going to put a little WD 40 on those rotors so they don’t get spots of rust since I washed them. So, you’ll want to use brake cleaner on those to remove the slick.
